ACTION SHOOTING EVENTS

The Holbrook Sportsmen’s Club hosts several action shooting programs including IDPA, USPSA, Multi-Gun, Low light and training events. Members who are unfamiliar with these events are encouraged to attend an introductory course and attend events to observe before registering.

If you are new to the sport, please do not purchase new equipment until we provide you money saving advice. Rather, practice with what you have, borrow equipment from others and learn before buying. Other attendees are always welcoming and willing to teach. The goal of these programs is to become more proficient at firearms handling and to practice the skills that you will use in competitive and defensive scenarios.
